The Laboratorium Studio has designed the journal since 2003. Unlike the radical structural and formal experiments of the previous years, it was a clean, readable and consistently orderly layout that Laboratorium brought into Frakcija. Somewhat deviating from established system is the double issue (32/35) dedicated to the performance Goat Island. It is devised as a document of production (No 32) and the reflections of performers on the show (No 35). The two ambitious bilingual issues consist of separate, unbound enclosures packed together in hard, cardboard jacket. Two-colour print is wittily used as differentiating factor between two issues, also giving necessary accents to the layout and photos.
