The book is the first part of a project started as answer to the question What is yet to be designed? posed at the design festival organised by the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw. The possible uses of the book that has to be read by a couple were further investigated at the Zagreb Prozori [Windows] Gallery. The complex project explores the role of contemporary media and their impingement into the manner and process of reading — from the classical to the hyper-text. Book for Two is an intriguing experiment that transforms the activity of reading from a highly solitary linear activity into an interactive relationship with a co-reader.
